From Cromwell, Central Otago, NZ!
Founded in late 2021 She Bakes NZ have been serving up delicious goodies to locals and visitors around the Central Otago region including Alexandra, Cromwell, Clyde and beyond.
Working from her mobile kitchen, baker and owner, Natalia handcrafts beautiful baked goods including mouthwatering cakes, cupcakes & cookies.
She bakes celebration cakes for any occasion including weddings, anniversary’s, baby showers, graduations, work shouts, birthdays & more.
Some items you can't go past however are the spiced Belgian heart biscuits and lemon meringue tarts. Yum!

Please note, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required for standard orders & 14 days' notice for custom orders. To confirm the order, we ask for a 50% nonrefundable deposit to be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to collection date. Once the deposit is received, the order is secured. Order pick ups are from Cromwell during trailer open hours.

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN ITEMS?
Yes, however we work from a small kitchen and handle gluten/dairy products regularly therefore cannot guarantee your order will be completely free from these dietary requirements.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We ask for a 50% non refundable deposit on all orders, to be received a minimum of 7 days prior to order collection date.
You are able to cancel your order for a full refund up to 2 weeks before your pick-up date (minus any pre ordered decorations). Unfortunately, if your order is cancelled within 2 weeks of your pick-up date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We are happy to reschedule the order if required, depending on our availability to complete the order, to an alternative date.
HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
To keep your cakes fresh, store inside the fridge or in a cool place & consume within 3 days of purchase.
Remember to take the cake out of the fridge 2 hours prior to consuming, to allow for the cake to reach room temperature, making it soft and yummy.
ARE YOUR CAKES READY FOR TRANSPORT?
Yes, all of our cakes and bakes come boxed and ready for transport. She Bakes cakes regularly travel throughout the Central Otago region and beyond.
We recommend placing the cake box on a flat surface, such as the floorboard of your car, and using the ac to keep the car cool while travelling. For anything larger than a single tier cake we suggest bringing someone along to keep the cake box sturdy while driving.
Please note, once picked up, customers accept all responsibility for the transport of any product to their location. We will not give refunds if there is a mishap during transit.
DO YOU REGULARLY ATTEND EVENTS AND GATHERINGS WITH THE TRAILER?
No, the She Bakes trailer is permanently parked up, in Cromwell, over summer.
